My car battery died so I brought in my 2006 Sienna for a replacement. I did not have an appointment and I was taken right away. It only took a half an hour and I was out the door. He patiently explained the tire and brake ratings to me so I can plan on when to budget for both expenses. And I was happy to agree to his suggestion to use the upgraded oil as it's often difficult for me to schedule an oil change, and I'm quite pleased that I can return for oil change at 5,000 miles rather than 3,000.
