Wow! Did I feel special at Woburn Toyota. This Toyota location has excellent service and appears to be the best dealership around. My car (has 135,000 miles) got QUALITY SERVICE. I greatly appreciated the time Mr. Russo took to explain to me and show me that my car was in the green (meaning A-OK). Mr. Russo was FANTASTIC & made sure I knew I was driving a SAFE car (important to me as a woman who travels 250 miles/week). THANK YOU to awesome Mr. Ruosso! I bought my 2007 Rav4 from this dealership. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The service department is by far one of the best I've dealt with. It has a lot to do with the Service Advisor nothing but positive experiences here. The service department is by far one of the best I've dealt with. It has a lot to do with the Service Advisor's; especially John Russo. John always takes the time to go over any work that needs to be done. What I appreciate is that John explains things in plain English. I never feel like I don't know or understand what works needs to be done. He's very knowledgeable and pleasant. I see this demonstrated with every customer that comes in. I truly feel like a valued customer. I have great confidence that when I bring my car to Woburn Toyota. I know that they will make sure any issues are addressed and that it's safe to drive! I can't say that about other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. I had excellent customer service - I came in for my 60K service as well as a new latch for my hood (which I had previously been told about and ignored).
