The café is independently operated, and makes custom coffee and a variety of freshly made food. The wifi is great. There is plenty of space to relax or to work, including a quiet area and a children's area. The bathrooms are clean and big. They will drive me to work if my appointment is longer. I enjoy coming here so that I can get back to work quickly. More

Bad experience. I have bad experience with service ,the most worst department,no manner ,ignores customers when they are waiting on the line ,no communication between I have bad experience with service ,the most worst department,no manner ,ignores customers when they are waiting on the line ,no communication between the employees of the service ,when they give you a call they tell you one thing ,when you go to dealership and you ask them for that one thing ,they said I never mention that ,it s unreal .especialy the manager kathy she is rude ,she has an attitude she isn’t helpful at all and you are losing customers ,i will never ever buy from you or send anybody .i want to mention one more thing the general manager ken is the best ,he is very polite and so helpful, More

About a month ago I came in for service I have been a customer of Woburn Toyota for about 10 years. I have really appreciated there service over all. About a month ago I came in for service and saw Franco who was great! He explained everything clearly. Not only great customer service but he was very considerate of my time and kept me up to date about happenings with my car, told me about coupons and explained the rewards point. He also had a sense of humor. Kudos to Franco and Woburn Toyota for hiring someone with such great customer service skills. More
Great service as always Had a recall on Takata airbags . One call had me in and out in roughly 90 minutes with replacement and two new cabin filters at a reasonable price. (Replacement was free) As always John Russo and his team were informative, quick and efficient. One thing I like is John never pressures me to get service I can't afford, but always counseled, and shown proof of, what's best for my vehicle. Thanks again guys. More
