Saturday morning visit for my RAV4. My experience was excellent from start to the finish. Mr Russo, who wrote up the order for maintenance was great. And Barry was so accommodating with parking the car to actuallly driving it to the back exit door when we were leaving. My husband has some difficulty walking, which Barry noticed and made the entering and exiting a breeze. Surely above and beyond the normal customers greetings. More

Service work The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. They were quick to get me an estimate and turnaround and have the car fixed and ready by mid afternoon. Oil change and tire rotation service. Had a 6:00 AM service appointment and I was out of there at 7:45 AM. Maybe a bit long? Lot of dirt tracked in on floor mat.
