Excellent customer service in the service dept. Went in for routine service (oil change and inspection) on my 10 year old car and added a headlight replacement at the last minute. Best service rep I have this 5 stars because of the service representative who was so friendly and made our experience seamless. We had brought our car in for an oil c I have this 5 stars because of the service representative who was so friendly and made our experience seamless. We had brought our car in for an oil change and a full detail! When we went to drop off the car, Renata told us that they were unable to do detailing due to water issues. Since we live in NH, it wasn't convenient for us to come back and forth. She acknowledged that and have us a loaner car until the car was ready. It was perfect! We got a call the next day in the afternoon that our car was ready! Drive the loaner back and picked up our car. They really made our experience a 5 star! More
