Scam artists Went in for basic check and called next day there was 3,600+ in repairs. I paid $135 for a diagnostic test and wasn’t given the error codes. I knew the were full of it and took it to two other shops and both confirmed the same thing. I then showed them Woburn paperwork and everything was checked they reported needed immediate attention had zero issues. My $3,600+ cost me $243 dollars. I purchased 3 cars from them and definitely that will be it. More
Need a shuttle? Good luck! So the work completed on my vehicle was fine. But they are currently shortstaffed on shuttle drivers. I specifically noted at check in that morning that I would need a shuttle back from my work in Stoneham to pick up the vehicle. They called at 4 to say vehicle ready, but no shuttle. I was officially stranded at work until 7:30 at night. They said they could pick me up the following morning. So I guess I was supposed to stay overnight at my work. Lack of communication was very frustrating. More

Once someone answered, put back on hold for another 5-10 mins. Only ever received updates if I called them, never received curtosy calls to update me on service or let me know my car was done. Left a message and never heard back. Was told I'd get a call back in 10 mins, never did and had to call them back to get any information which was generally minimal as the person answering phones isn't actually qualified to provide information. Will be going to a different dealer for all future service. More

However, I went for a test drive with my sales representative and he did notice the problem and even filed the complaint with service team. Weird intradealer communication. More
