My 80 year old mother made an appointment to have oil change and inspection sticker, she opted to wait while services were performed, 3 1/2 hours later she was still waiting!!!!!! They told her the delay was because they LOST yes I said LOST her vehicle. They then had the audacity to charge her full price for their services. My sister and I tried numerous times to reach a service manager and were hung up on. I have currently been on hold over 1 hour, waiting for a manager!! I strongly suggest you go elsewhere More

I have a strong feeling that it happened due to technician mistake. The car had always been serviced at Woburn Toyota as well as my other cars. I also purchased my cars from Woburn Toyota. I have been a loyal customer for many years and always was treated well. However yesterday I was charged $540 for what I strongly suspect was a technician mistake. I am extremely disappointed by yesterday’s experience. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! To put in perspective my family and I have bought five cars from Woburn Toyota since 2008 because Hany, the salesman, was recommended by my boss. Now to the service department. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Like others on Yelp, kept giving them the benefit of the doubt for mistakes that go back years. First, went in for oil change on a pre-paid plan. Told they didn't have in the system, needed to demand manger who found it. Same time technician knocked something off engine during the inspection. Had to go back to have it fixed. Multiple times on tire rotations they forget to put the stem caps back on. Most recently went back to get 25000 service under Toyota Care plan, told I was over mileage (27K). Counter person was rude and when I asked for mgr. stated "I'm in charge here" Went to main building and found the Used Car Manager who intervened on my behalf. While waiting overheard service rep yell at an older woman when she asked to have her check engine light checked as part of her appointment. He stated it was a Sunday and they were short staffed. Hopefully the check engine wasn't a safety issue. Service completed and told I had a nail in my tire, interesting coincidence. Sent email to Rick Alessi, the Director of "Fixed Operations" no response. Today, my wife took my car to a AAA approved repair shop for the oil change and found that Woburn damaged my car while doing the previous oil change. For your sake believe the multiple 1 star reviews and STAY AWAY FROM WOBURN TOYOTA!!!!! More

Awesome service for my moms car. My mom's car was making loud noise anytime she was breaking or backing up. I brought in the car and Mike Gilgun was really helpful Mike explained all the possible scenarios that could result in the noise and then he brought the car in to one of the techs. Turned out she needed breaks and rotors. They took care of it fixed and the price wasn't ridiculous either. I've always been skeptical of dealerships but I've found the one. More

My car runs well and it's not making any noises as previously due to the brakes and was in excellent clean condition when I picked up. I r commend my long time service advisor, John Russo as one of the best there, if not the best. More
