Service Took my car to get a oil change, tire rotation and a recall done. They couldn't get the recall done because it's separate from the oil change and tire Took my car to get a oil change, tire rotation and a recall done. They couldn't get the recall done because it's separate from the oil change and tire rotation, so I had to bring car back to have that done. Went to pick up my car and made it home and I noticed on the Tire display on the dash had my tires in the same location( I remembered the pressures). So I went to check and noticed the tire that has a scratch on rim was in the same spot. I called the dealership and let him know that The tire rotation was not done in the paperwork says that it was preformed. The service writer in service manager apologized and said that they will correct the error. They told me to bring it back next week when I bring it in for the recall. I drop the car off they did the tire rotation but they did not do the recall. If you have any work done at this dealership I will have it checked out to make sure that the work is done on the vehicle and I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience Thanks to Car Salesperson Amber, for taking her time with me in my first Jeep car ride experience. I thought I did my homework in researching, but Amb Thanks to Car Salesperson Amber, for taking her time with me in my first Jeep car ride experience. I thought I did my homework in researching, but Amber had much more knowledge. If she wasn't 100% sure of the answer she knew which guru to ask for answers. Low pressure experience, wish all my previous experiences would have gone so well. The car I purchased was the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk demo car. I had a trade in which was valued close to what I received. I had a pleasant experience as well with the manager and finance salesman. All questions were answered politely and respectfully, even the dumb ones I asked. Give them a shot if not for just a demo ride, the Trail Hawk is an awesome ride, ask for Amber! More
