Dropped my truck off with 3400 K Miles and a bad clutch on the A/C. on 7/18/25. Horrible Service Dept. Why make appointments if you aren’t even going to look at my car for a week? Took car in for recalls and a to have diagnostics run on check engine Why make appointments if you aren’t even going to look at my car for a week? I have not heard from anyone and when I called two days ago was told a technician was assigned that day. Called back two days later and the technician “just started” looking at it. I will call again tomorrow and if nothing has been done I will be picking it up and taking it somewhere else with better service. More
