I went in, talked numbers, saw they were offering a fair value for my trade and a good deal on a new Dodge Ram 1500. I would not have spent any great length of time discussing a new truck had I felt they were being deceptive or unfair in their offering. I didn't "need" a new truck but these guys made the experinece of buying a new truck easier than any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Needless to say, I am happily driving a beautiful new Dodge Ram 1500. More
