He is the face of your service departme Skyler Lewis, our service advisor of choice, goes out of his way to make every visit pleasant and hassle-free. He is the face of your service department by the fact he is the first person to make contact on our visits. He represents your company well. He recognizes me, has all the records at hand and listens to my description of whatever concern I might have. He has ordered non-essential parts and scheduled a service appointment when the parts are in and ready to be installed. I have requested quotes on items not quite ready to be replaced and he has been efficient and timely with a written quote and follow up questions. I feel extremely comfortable asking questions and will always give this dealership first call if I have an issue with any of my four Honda vehicles. Furthermore, the sales staff have always been outstanding as well! I recommend my sales representative, Don Vickery, to everyone I know who is looking at vehicles, either new or previously owned. He has the qualities, not just as a sales representative, but as an individual, which brings us back to remain as loyal customers. Once we made the choice, close the deal was as painless as possible when committing this much cash to a vehicle (this was approximately 10 times what I spent for my new Monte Carlo in 1973). Closing in finance was a decent experience. Delivery was great with Don and John explaining as much as they could to show my wife the basics to get started. They will go through another session in a week or so to some some advanced features and answer questions we come up with after a little experience with the Pilot.
