Having to have your car serviced or repaired is not typically one of those things on your list of "WOW" I can hardly wait for this! Anyway, he makes the overall experience much better than any garage or auto repair place that I have used and the value of work completed far outweighs the perceived value received from the discount places and certainly the big corporate tire store and quick oil change operations that often try and sell you unnecessary services.
