Honest and upfront customer first service department I took my 2003 Honda Element in for it"s 50,000 mi maintenance service. After a full inspection of the vehicle, My Service Rep (I prefer advocate) cal I took my 2003 Honda Element in for it"s 50,000 mi maintenance service. After a full inspection of the vehicle, My Service Rep (I prefer advocate) called and spelled out the results and what services would be needed, this included several the I specifically requested. because one repair required a part not in stock they gave me the option to pick up the car or leave it overnight. Leaving it at the shop, I didn't expect to hear from them until later the next day. I received a call from Mario at *;30 the next morning and within a half hour and on my way home AND it feels like driving a new car. For transparency sake I will say that they are not the least expensive service facility but when it comes to quality products and excellent mechanics you won't find any better. It may have cost more initially but in the long run I feel that I will be saving a ton of money by going to Honda to have my car serviced. More

Since that time I have seen the dealership slip away from customer service; however, I am more than pleased that someone has fixed that problem in 2018. The service experience is now very well done and the staff makes it hassle free. They do not claim to be the cheapest for service, but I feel like the quality is part of the price. Not to mention the guarantee to ensure the job is done right (standing behind the work) makes you feel much better about the service and any repair. I will continue to use Wolfchase Honda for service and repairs. More
