Always Great Service I went for an oil change. Mario recommended that I should get a tire rotation. I had a coupon for an oil change and didn't really want a rotation. But I went for an oil change. Mario recommended that I should get a tire rotation. I had a coupon for an oil change and didn't really want a rotation. But Mario found me a good price where I got both an oil change and rotation for only a few dollars more than my oil change only coupon. It saved me some money. I also waited less than 35 minutes for both services. I am very pleased. I always get great service when I go to Wolfchase Honda. More

DISPLEASED! I went to Wolfchase Honda on Friday 7/6/18 to have a Oil Change on my Leased 2017 Honda Accord. They also advised that they should Rotate my Tires at I went to Wolfchase Honda on Friday 7/6/18 to have a Oil Change on my Leased 2017 Honda Accord. They also advised that they should Rotate my Tires at no cost. I agreed. I was approached by a lady @ 4:15 who told me that I should change my Air Filter and my Cabin Air Filter at a cost of over $100.00. At first I agreed. They told me my auto would be ready in a very few minutes. Then the lady sitting next to me advised that her father had told her to never have those two filters changed by the Dealership because they were easy enough to do yourself. I went to the service entrance and asked that they Not change my Filters. I then, after having been told that my Auto would be ready in just a few minutes, had to wait for more than an hour to get my car. I sincerely feel that I was being penalized for Not having my filters changed at the Dealership. I do Not care to be treated in this fashion. EVER! I an Not sure that the person who told me of the need for Filter replacements and that my service would be completed in just a few minutes was named Lea Lawrence. It was a woman who was wearing Service Dept. Uniform/Attire. DISPLEASED! More
