My saleman, John, moved the process along very well, quickly got to the price that I requested and help in initiating the financing quickly. The only call complaint that I have is went I walk in a few days before purchasing there were no Honda Accord brochure available. There were brocures available for other vehicles but not the Accord. The day purchasing my car when I picked my car up John went over my car and gave me a car manual and DVDs for my extended coverages. I also was happy to get a card for free car washes and a year’s worth of free oil changes. Honda did a great job in the design of the 2018 Accord. With all the safty feature and audio options (mainly Apple CarPlay), it became the car that chose over the Toyota Camry. Having purchased three new Toyotas in the past and favoring Toyota over any other vehicle because of past experience with well made vehicles, it says a lot that I chose Honda. Honda has a good track record for reliablity, and my expectations are equally as high. Time will be the only answer of my final though on your product, but as of now I give it an A+. More
