Austin went out of his way to explain everything clearly to all my many questions. I then visited other local car dealerships and had to deal with some high pressure sales consultants.  Austin was the reason I came back to Wolfchase Honda to buy my new Honda car.  I am a senior citizen and Austin made my new car buying a very pleasant experience.  He is a very pleasant, personable, knowledgeable and professional individual.  After the sale was finalized, Austin took the time to show and explain in detail how to operate all the features of my new CR-V. Austin also offered to come to my house if I needed help setting up the HomeLink garage door transceiver system. Bill in finance was very helpful in explaining in detail about all different warranties and the documents I was signing.  It was also very nice to meet and talk to General Manger Youmni Hamami. I been very impressed with all the staff and have recommended this dealership and Austin to family and friends.   More
