Terrible customer service! Service was so bad! I could never get a cal back. I had to constantly call to check on the status on my vehicle and could never get in touch with my s Service was so bad! Also, the “full inspection” of my car was totally made up. I had just replaced all the filters and they told me that I needed new ones. Makes me wonder if what they fixed on the car actually needed to be fixed or if they were just trying to get money from me. More

Outstanding!!! My wife took her vehicle, 2019 Honda Pilot in to have CD installed. The Customer service was "Outstanding"! Honda CRV recall service My Honda CRV had two service recalls to deal with and a problem with the Battery going dead because some seat warmers stayed on and ran the battery do My Honda CRV had two service recalls to deal with and a problem with the Battery going dead because some seat warmers stayed on and ran the battery down. The car would not start with the battery down and the trunk door could not be opened. Mario checked to see if there was a work around to open the trunk but there was no way around it without power. This was an issue for me because my Dad has to store his walker back there and he could not get out of the car without his walker. More
