Perseverance! Went in for a 'first-time' oil change/tire rotation on my daughter's new Honda CR-V. This is the first Honda my family has owned and first time visit Went in for a 'first-time' oil change/tire rotation on my daughter's new Honda CR-V. This is the first Honda my family has owned and first time visiting this dealership. Mario, the Service Adviser was very professional and polite. The vehicle service was finished within an hour. After payment of services I waited on delivery of my vehicle outside the Service Dept bay doors. 20 mins passed and Mario approached me apologetically and said my keys have been misplaced by one of the porters. They needed some time to back-track the porter's steps and offered to shuttle me to work/home, which they did. A couple hours later, Mario contacted me and had the vehicle delivered to my driveway. Eric, the Service Manager had the vehicle cleaned and topped off the tank as a good faith gesture for my inconvenience. I realize things happen and these guys made sure the experience was pleasant overall. Will continue to be a customer!!! Thanks guys!! More
