Break check gone wrong I came in for a routine break check because I thought I heard grinding in the rear wheels. I had an 8 am appointment and at 915 I had heard nothing fr I came in for a routine break check because I thought I heard grinding in the rear wheels. I had an 8 am appointment and at 915 I had heard nothing from Tiffany my appointment person or any of the mechanics. When I looked in the work bay I saw them looking and checking out the top of my car?!? As you can imagine I was very unsettled to witness this without a word to me. I went out to the checkin area and waited patiently for Tiffany to come back in. She was not nice when giving me the report that they were now thinking it was my sunroof?!? I’m not sure how they got to the sunroof from breaks but I was very disappointed in the service and customer service by Tiffany. I asked for my keys, paid and left. I am unsure if I will go back now for my routine oil changes. More

Routine oil change I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00 on Thursday, October 17. I arrived at 9:45 and was told it would take about an hour. after waiting an I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00 on Thursday, October 17. I arrived at 9:45 and was told it would take about an hour. after waiting an hour and 40 minutes and seeing my car parked in the service bay I went to check how much longer it would be. They called my name while I was checking on it. I do not call this good service when the customer has to initiate finding out if your car is ready. More
