I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them. My car was towed there on a Monday. The lady asked me for my number. She never called my cell. She always called the wrong number. My car was there for 2 weeks towed there on a Monday. The lady asked me for my number. She never called my cell. She always called the wrong number. My car was there for 2 weeks which was ridiculous! I was told that it would be ready Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, and then Friday. I got my car and there was oil all over the interior door handle and someone left a piece of metal inside the hood. Don’t go here unless you have no other option! More
All the employees were extremely nice and cordial. My only complaint is that I had my car being service on a Wednesday and around 5 o clock was told my keys were at the cashier's desk ready to be picked only complaint is that I had my car being service on a Wednesday and around 5 o clock was told my keys were at the cashier's desk ready to be picked up. I arrived around 6:30 and was told that the service center was closed and my keys were locked up for the night yet the rest of the dealership was open until 8. I was never informed I had to be there by a certain time or I wouldn't get my vehicle. The service center personnel I spoke with knew I was leaving for Nashville that evening and even said to have a safe drive on her voicemail yet didn't call me or have anyone holding my paperwork. I spoke with a manager who said the same happened to a woman prior to me arriving and he would also be gone normally by now but was tied up with something else going on so it would appear to be a continuous issue. Ultimately I was forced to rent a hotel and wait for the service center to open on Thursday to get my vehicle and make the 3 hour drive from Memphis. I wasn't too thrilled about that part of the experience after paying almost $700 for the service provided. More

I always enjoy the service at Nissan. The timing was prompt and the service was on time. Ellen (Ellie? Forgive me.) Was fantastic at the service center. She went over the top to help. I am only writing this review to give her 5 stars, because my other experiences have been disappointing.
