Wolfchase Nissan - Service Center

David Fenton restored my faith in Wolfchase Nissan I was just about to give up on Wolfchase Nissan but Mr. David Fenton gave me hope. Since purchasing my brand new 2018 Altima I've had a loud brake no I was just about to give up on Wolfchase Nissan but Mr. David Fenton gave me hope. Since purchasing my brand new 2018 Altima I've had a loud brake noise. I have complained and had my car checked several times by you all but I was constantly given the runaround. Mr. Fenton was the only service advisor who made this problem right. Thank you soooooo much Mr. Fenton as long as he's around I'll be around!!!! More

Service appointment I made a 7 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation/balance.. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Promptly at 7 am, the dual doors were opened. They had ample representatives and customers were greeted and worked up quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and complimentary coffee and danishes were available. Very happy customer! More
