Car was worse when I got it back. I took my 07 Sentra Spec V there with a loose compressor pulley, a horrifying grinding noise from the engine, and a few other things. They took the car for two days and told me some of the issues they couldn't find a problem with but they would replace the bad pulley. They gave the car back and not only had they not fixed anything, they told me I had to wait until the pulley broke before they can replace it (because preventative maintenance is not part of their practice apparently), and my air conditioning didn't work anymore. They told me verbally they tightened the pulley, but didn't document the work. I took the car back to address this issue and they argued that the compressor pulley has nothing do with it and refused to take responsibility for the undocumented work. I have seven years professional experience working on Hondas and Nissans. I'm no fool. Though they didn't charge me for anything, they wasted two days of my time and added to my problems. More

Decided to go with it after consulting knowledgeable friends and family. Upon arrival, escorted to Tiffany who explained everything to me & offered shuttle other services to me. I opted to wait and the waiting area was comfortable with drinks, snacks, couches, and a TV set to an entertaining show. Would recommend and return. Wish the deal was good instead of pretty good but happy it’s complete. More
