My LEAF appointment took almost 21/2 hours! I arrived at 9:30 for my 60,000 mile servicing of my 2014 LEAF. LEAF servicing is very limited - tire rotation, battery check, in-cabin filter change I arrived at 9:30 for my 60,000 mile servicing of my 2014 LEAF. LEAF servicing is very limited - tire rotation, battery check, in-cabin filter change - and because it was a special mileage milestone, changing the brake fluid. I didn't get my car back until 11:50. The service representative explained that they only have two certified LEAF technicians. I'm sure mine was the only LEAF in for service at that time so I don't think this is a valid excuse. More
Shattered sunroof I purchased A 2019 Nissan Altima brand new. 6 days after owning the vehicle my sunroof shattered. I went to the service department, was directed to pu I purchased A 2019 Nissan Altima brand new. 6 days after owning the vehicle my sunroof shattered. I went to the service department, was directed to put a quote in with Nissan directly. Nissan came back and denied being able to cover it. I end Up spending $1000. Out of my pocket to have it replaced. I was told vacuuming up the glass was included. I go To pick my car up and there was still glass everywhere inside the car AND markings on my brand new leather seats.... luckily the service advisor felt horrible and personally himself went and cleaned the car up... it was bad enough that I didn’t have the car even a week.. but then spending anther $1000. Because there was nothing wolfchase could do was xxxxxxxx. More

Paid $148 for no work! Diagnosis only. Brought car into shop to diagnose tear end loss of control when driving over rough roads. Determined to be rear shocks need replacing and charged me $ Brought car into shop to diagnose tear end loss of control when driving over rough roads. Determined to be rear shocks need replacing and charged me $148!for this diagnosis. No work completed as cost to replace shocks almost $700! Repair costs are way out of line. Without my request a full analysis of repairs needed was almost $3000. I only brought the car in to determine the issue with the rear end. I can’t imagine why a simple diagnosis of shock replacement would cost $148. I cannot recommend this shop More
