This time wasn’t as great as it has been. I went in for an oil change but since my car had almost hit 75000 miles they recommended additional service that was fine. First of all I waited 4 hou I went in for an oil change but since my car had almost hit 75000 miles they recommended additional service that was fine. First of all I waited 4 hours in total for basic maintenance work oil change, cabin air filter, check fluids, clean battery, tire rotation. After I had waited 3 hours I went to the cashier to ask her how long it was gonna be before I was finished. She gave me much attitude and acted like she didn’t want to help me. Then an hour later after I got my car back. The clamps for the air filter under the hood weren’t put back on I asked them when I arrived at 815 am could they put more clamps on my air filter under the hood he said no problem well the weren’t there when I got my car back. The cabin air filter protector wasn’t put back on correctly either. The gentleman who was my service guy never came to tell me anything about my car within that 4 hour wait. He was very impersonal with me and the whole visit just made me second guess about bringing my car back for anything. More

Other than that they served complimentary tea and coffee, I liked that they offered me a free car wash and made the process as painless as possible. No waiting for 15 minutes or more just to fill out piles and piles of paper. I highly recommend them! :D More
