I came there after another dealership tried to jack me around by trying to say it cost $380 to scan my car and that it would take 2 weeks to even look I came there after another dealership tried to jack me around by trying to say it cost $380 to scan my car and that it would take 2 weeks to even look at it because I had someone else look at it before! Literally after I said no he did have a good one and the sales people, they all grouped together and started talking to each other. o felt disregarded. No sale, I don't care about you. I probably won't come back to this location. More
Over all was okay. Very unpleasant with a cashier woman I don’t remember anyone who assisted me for a day..with their names! ...I usually get greeted by all assisted employees at Jim keras Nissan service de I don’t remember anyone who assisted me for a day..with their names! ...I usually get greeted by all assisted employees at Jim keras Nissan service department - So different from Jim Keras Nissan at Covington pike service department...from start to end. My service assistant guy was okay...and I appreciated to couple of mechanics who explained for process and outcomes. That’s about it. I was very very unpleasant with a cashier who’s been talking to her visitor while processing my invoice and not focusing on her customer. I guess may be I feel more appreciated at the Other location.
