heat wasn’t working / A very pissed off customer I brought my vehicle in because my heat wasn’t working... had to bring it in twice for the exact same thing the problem wasn’t fixed... I had to infor I brought my vehicle in because my heat wasn’t working... had to bring it in twice for the exact same thing the problem wasn’t fixed... I had to inform them of what was wrong with my vehicle and that’s how I got my problem resolved... I thought this was so ridiculous because they’re supposed to be certified for there job.... then I couldn’t even get a free oil change or anything at least Carmax gave me a full tank of gas and detailed my vehicle for there troubles... I had to pay $43.96 this morning when I picked my vehicle up for the oil change.... I’m not saying this for a handout, but Nissan shouldn’t at least extended the offer....Amanda promised me that they would put a new thermostat in my vehicle.. guess what she lied they only changed out the thermostat sensor because it was the simple task to take... Now Monday morning February 18 I’ll be back at Nissan with the same exact problem. I’m so sick and tired of Nissan motors not holding up to there word... Nissan is worst then Carmax I will never purchase another car vehicle from Nissan nor Carmax More
