We brought the murano in for a noise. The mechanic found a tube of lipstick under the carpet and said it was the problem but had he driven it again he would have realized the noise was still there. I took the front seat out and found a tube of mascara in the frame the rear of the seat .mounts to. We didn't like paying $162 and still having the noise rolling around. I was really happy with the support given to us by David Shearin, our service advisor. After the shuttle service was discontinued do to icy conditions he took me back home himself. More
My experience was not good at all. I’ve had my 2018 Armada in for multiple repairs and for this particular rear hatch door issue several times. The service department stated that they fixed the problem, but as soon as I began to drive off both me abs my daughter heard the same exact noise that I’ve been hearing for over a year and a half. Not only was the issue not fixed, but the service representative was extremely rude when he made the follow up call to me. He asked me why I had the rental car for eight days. I explained that I was not notified that my car was ready until Saturday evening so I returned the car Monday after work. It took from Monday until late Saturday to repair my Armada which in fact was not even repaired. I’m very dissatisfied with my Armada as I’ve had nothing but problems out of it and then to get a very rude service employee is not how I feel I should be treated. More
