This a visit was required because the issue that was supposed to have been fixed 3 weeks before was not fixed and then the service department wanted to charge again to fix the problem after I had alread supposed to have been fixed 3 weeks before was not fixed and then the service department wanted to charge again to fix the problem after I had already paid $650 to have it fixed. Then my car was supposed to be ready the next day but I had to call at 3:30 to find out that they didn’t know when it would be completed. Really felt like a shady situation and made me lose all confidence in the service department which I have been going to for 4 years. I will never bring my vehicle back to be serviced there again. I don't believe they are performing the free multi-point inspection as advertised. I didn't receive the paper that shows the condition of the different areas of my car and their "inspection" failed to notic inspection as advertised. I didn't receive the paper that shows the condition of the different areas of my car and their "inspection" failed to notice badly needed repairs. I had to ask them to check those areas and they agreed my car needed further repairs. I rely on the inspection to help me avoid costly repairs; but it's not going to help me if they are not actually fully inspecting my car. I will try another dealership next time. More

I will never return to this dealership. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I have been business with this dealership for the past two years. When I arrived they never put a ticket in for the oil change and tire rotation and I have been business with this dealership for the past two years. When I arrived they never put a ticket in for the work to be done on my car. Then they lost my car and couldn’t find it. Then they sprayed water all over the hood of the car and my car won’t start.
