But I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't asked as nobody said a word. Different shuttle driver came back to get me after they said it was ready and they gave him wrong address and wrong phone number so took over an hour to get picked up. Once I picked up my vehicle - I didn't get out of their driveway before the same issue was happening again. So I turned around and went back in. Mgr came out and started vehicle and said warning light was not on. Really? Did he think i brought it back for the fun of it. He was going to take it for a drive but it must have come on again as he took it straight back to service area. While he had it, the original service rep came to ask what was going on and i told her what happened along with mentioning *other issues I've had there. She stated she was going to put a credit on my acct because of all the problems. After about 30 min They supposedly reset the programming and said it was fixed. Apparently they didn't check out any other codes as the warning came on again before I could get home and again this morning. After bringing it in again this morning and waiting 30 min I went to ask where I was on the list since they hadnt pulled it in yet and I knew I wouldn't get an update if I didn't ask and didn't want to wait 2 hours before asking this time. I was told they needed more time to diagnose so i got another shuttle ride to work. They called a few hours later to say that it needed a couple things and gave me a total. I asked if any of it was covered under the exrended warranty we bought. They had to check and get back to me. Really? We purchase warranty from here and they don't check that? Then they called back to say they couldn't find any warranty. REALLY? Upon further insistence by me that I knew what I was talking about and they needed to keep looking since they wouldn't open the glove box to find the papers, they said they would look again. FINALLY they called back to tell me they found it and had to call to get authorization so i told her to call for shuttle to come get me. In a sarcastic tone she said "well do you want me to call for shuttle or do you want me to call about the warranty first?" Really? I told her since it would only take a minute to call driver she could do that and then call on warranty. When she called back to tell me they would only cover 1 of the things under warranty and asked if I would pay for the other one, I asked how much I would owe and she told me and I agreed. But after arrival the cashier gave me a price and it was more than double the price I was given over the phone. When I asked the service rep about it she replied in her sarcastic tone "well you do have to pay for labor too" I told her that should have been included in the total she gave me by phone then. I dont think I should have had to pay more than what I was quoted. But of course the mgr was busy and couldn't come up to talk so i paid it all. He did come out to my car and offered to talk to her but no offer to refund or comp anything. And no mention of supposed credit on my acct. I dont appreciate being lied to or her tone. Lies about credit being put on acct and price. And why 2 phone calls and such a big search for warranty? We boughf it there. Shouldn't that be in our records? Why were other codes not looked for when I took it back in the 2nd time yesterday. I had to bring it a 3rd time which is unacceptable. *Other issues in previous visits First tire rotation they did for me on this vehicle- 2 lug nuts were missing when I got home and my husband found them by the end of the driveway so could put them on and tighten them all. Last visit prior to this latest fiasco was oil change/tire rotation - i sat there several hours waiting and finally asked and they looked around and said ticket was lost. Nobody noticed or didnt care that i was there so long. 4 hours later I finally got to leave. More

Needed an oil change. Was told about 45 minute wait. I was up against a time deadline for an appt. For some reason, my car did not was not serviced after an hour and a half. I told them of my dilemma and they were quick to give me a rental car at no charge so that I could take care of a very quick spot. . I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful. And when I arrived after 15 minutes, my car was ready. Excellent customer service. No wonder I am a repeat Wolfchase Nissan customer . More

I am highly dissatisfied that the coupon I used and was honored was not taken off correctly on invoice. I explained to service advisor and her manager. I was shorted $58. He sent her back and said they would take off a $20 fee which ended up being $18. I will be disputing the total with my credit card company as I did not receive what I presented with. I also could not be given a breakout... infact the manager could not even come back to me because he knew I was right and was shorted. I left and went to a sister property and had them view my invoice and was confirmed that I was overcharged! Shame on wolfchase nissan. I have gotten every oil change and service there since I bought the car 2 years ago. Recently I received a letter about trading my car in for purchase of a new nissan and was considering it. Not now! I am furious that nissan felt they could short me over $58. Shame on you! More
