They lie about completing multi point inspections. Had been coming to this location for months and all multipoint inspections indicated that my tires were fine, in the green. I came back to get an oil ch been coming to this location for months and all multipoint inspections indicated that my tires were fine, in the green. I came back to get an oil change one day, and once again the multipoint inspection report showed that my tires were fine, still in the green. I came back in less than 3 weeks for a service and was told that my tires were bald and that I needed a new set. I paid for the new tires. Now I question whether I actually needed a set of new tires or was I just being milked out of my hard earned money. I won't be going back to this location. More

Had 8am appointment and truck was dropped off at 6:30am. I called service department at 3:15pm and my truck had not been looked at. Did not get a call that it had been looked at until after 4pm. I was lef I called service department at 3:15pm and my truck had not been looked at. Did not get a call that it had been looked at until after 4pm. I was left wondering why I made an 8am appointment if my truck was not going to be looked at until late in the day? More

I was there for an oil change. The check was done and recognized the back wiper needed repairing. The assistant gave me the price I informed I had already purchased it and it needed to be put on.
