I was not happy with last service appt. I called and was told by service advisor (diane) that i could come right now for an oil change. She said that it would take 20 minutes. I had somewhere else yo go t told by service advisor (diane) that i could come right now for an oil change. She said that it would take 20 minutes. I had somewhere else yo go that day. I was almost there 2 hours which is ridiculous. I probably will not return at this location for that reason. Plz do not tell the customer one thing and do another. More
