The crack started at the top and moved down. . . It absolutely was not a rock chip. . . It is a design flaw which Nissans are known for. And they never said their name, nor did they have a name tag, so I have no clue who I worked with. More
Although I would like a quicker service, I do appreciate the entire team for answering all of my questions and being pleasant about it. Worst service I have ever received. Dropped off my car on Tuesday. Wednesday around 1 pm when I still hadn’t heard Anything I decided to call. When I call she tells me that she can’t get ahold of my warranty Tuesday. Wednesday around 1 pm when I still hadn’t heard Anything I decided to call. When I call she tells me that she can’t get ahold of my warranty and asked me if I could call, and tells me it’s my ac compressor. So I call warranty company and call back and give her the information. The next day still not once has she called me, I call to check on my car. She tells me I have a deductible, and wanted to know if she had permission to fix my car. YES THAT’S WHY I BROUGHT MY CAR TO YOU! So another day goes by and I again I have to call to check on my car and she informed me, oh yes he just now finished it, let me do your paperwork and I’ll see you shortly... I waited and hour and low and behold when I arrive, paperwork isn’t Done. I pay my $300 deductible, and leave. They didn’t vacuum the car or wash it. I haven’t had the car for 10 minutes and guess what doesn’t work! So I call and speak to the manager, Danny Meadows. He was apologetic and asked me to bring the car back. I bring it, he gave me a rental. Then the next day Emily calls me and tells me that they have to replace the hoses and that I will have to pay another $300. I’m dumbfounded. I told her I wasn’t pay anything. They should have fixed the hoses before I left! And she tried to tell me they weren’t related... I brought the car in to get the ac fixed... you didn’t fix it. I’m not even sure the compressor was the problem to begin with and I paid $300 and my warranty another $1000. I told her she needed to speak to Danny.. she calls me back and says yes he is going to take care of it. We are now on day 7 of my car still not being repaired. I still have the rental. I have not heard anything from the dealership yet today. More

Am confident that we received good service as usual and the staff were very nice and friendly. Was disappointed that even though I had an appointment scheduled at 8 AM for oil change service I had to wait the staff were very nice and friendly.
