My service advisor was terrible. I told him that there was no air (cold or hot) blowing out of vents in truck. He told me what the problem was and quoted a price to fix it. When I picked up the “fixed” vehicle from dealer, even before leaving dealership, I checked to see if air would blow, but to my dismay, nothing! I informed him about it and he took it back for a few minutes then returned and said that it needed other parts that would cost around 500 more. I would not have proceeded to “fix” it had I known that there were other problems. He said I would need to tap on bottom of blowe/motor to get it to turn on. Ridiculous! That means I have to do that every time I want to get AC to blow. I don’t have time to stop on the road and tap something to get AC. I’m very disappointed with the service I received and doubtful of the service advisor’s/technician ‘s knowledge about what my vehicles needs are. I paid almost 2K and im not comfortable/trustful in the work done. More

I brought my vehicle in for a routine service. They were very speedy and the staff was friendly however, something was broken on my vehicle without my knowledge. I returned to the dealership the next busine very speedy and the staff was friendly however, something was broken on my vehicle without my knowledge. I returned to the dealership the next business day because my vehicle was making a noise that it was not making before. I brought it back and the initial service representative told me that they were busy and were not able to see me that day however, I needed it to be addressed urgently. The manager came out and was kind and patient and offered to shuttle me to my home. They called me about 20 minutes into the ride and had the problem solved and explained that there was no documentation that they were responsible for the issue, however I assured them that they were and she spoke to a manager to authorize the repairs. When I returned to the shop no one told me the issue in person or apologized for the error. I was sent to the desk to get my vehicle and it was escorted out. Overall, this was a poor experience and although my car was repaired, I will not trust my vehicle with this dealership again. More
I called ahead to schedule an appointment. Maintenance put me on hold to assure the part was in stock, and I was told IT WAS. They then told me they opened at 0700 hrs. Forty five minutes later I noticed it sitting behind the shop unattended. When I inquired, they told me the mechanics don’t show until 0800 hrs! At approximately 0840 I was advised THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART! xxx!!! I relayed the story about the phone call and miraculously a part reserved for another vehicle was made available. THREE HOURS AFTER ARRIVAL, The job was complete... What should have take ONE HOUR OF MY TIME TOOK THREE... NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IF YOU EXPECT RETURN BUSINESS!! Not happy! More
