I was very disappointed in the service on my last visit. I purchased an extended warranty coverage at the time I purchased my 2017 Murano. My back windshield wiper stopped working which was covered under I purchased an extended warranty coverage at the time I purchased my 2017 Murano. My back windshield wiper stopped working which was covered under special package with Wolfchase Nissan. Afer 4 different visits for service including oil change, inspecting or fixing my back windshield wiper. It was not looked at or fixed. My last conversation with service personnel was , " due to Corona virus only one technician was working. " Well that was it for me. I brought my vehicle in for 2 oil changes before Corona. So on a good note. I have gone back to another Nissan dealership. No Stars!!!!!! It's sad to ask a customer to complete this survey honestly but you won't accept response. ZERO STARS !!!!! More

Took my 2014 nissan maxima in for routine 90,000 mile transmission service. Arrived and got greeted immediately by rep and told him I'll wait for it. I came for a transmission check. I was greeted and assisted by Sklar Lewis. He was very courteous, honest, patient and knowledgeable about my needs. He knew my very vehicle’s history and got me the b assisted by Sklar Lewis. He was very courteous, honest, patient and knowledgeable about my needs. He knew my very vehicle’s history and got me the best repairman (Jeff) to assist me. When I had to leave my car, he directed me to Nissan rental. The cost was exactly as Stylar quoted. Every Service check I requested had been completed. Stylar made my service experience exactly what I expected from Nissan, honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction. Everything was done right the first time and I didn’t have to come back twice for the same thing. This visit was exceptional and pleasant. Hopefully this will continue and I’ll keep coming back. I waited 4 hours at this dealership for an oil change. No wait time was given and no courtesy ride was offered. Great person and he never tried to blow smoke or inflate the bill. The mechanic was also the same as Danny. Talked with us at length about cars this old.
