I have no positive things to say about this dealership. I was trying to buy an SUV and the Costco auto program service rep is hopeless. He failed to answer the phone. Failed to tell us a car wasn't physically on the lot when he said it was available. And failed to tell us his hours. We wasted two hours in all that mess. They also charge several thousand dollars above MSRP. I learned this from researching other dealers. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for purchasing. Service might be more positive. Great dealership. The sales rep was thorough and knowledgeable. Took care of everything. The finance department was helpful. I got a great rate from Toyota Finance.
