The customer service is exceptional as dealership service goes. Everyone is more than nice, they are helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Truly the old fashioned service with a smile. No rip off pricing either, but fair for the service repairs you need. I even drive from the valley to Alhambra in traffic for my scheduled oil changes, because I'm a customer for good and my FJ has been well maintained with them, I don't trust anyone else. Not very helpful I have a 4 year truck with low miles. And the battery died .it was leaking acid and it corroded the terminals that said I could not easily change the I have a 4 year truck with low miles. So I was basically stuck with going to the dealership . When i related my concerns to the service writer I got zero help he just nodded and smiled as if he wasn’t even listening. I get email coupons and then the cashier told me sorry she could not add them that had to be done “before” ahhh. Now I’m frustrated and want to go. I guess this is how Toyota works? The vehicles are so popular that they don’t have to work to keep customers? I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership for the same reasons their service department has now alienated me the truck is running great but 185 bucks for a simple fix I could have done on a pet that should not have been broken More
