I felt rushed into a car that I’m somewhat happy with but ultimately is not what I wanted. Not only that but the dealership neglected to tell me about a $100 charge if I couldn’t find the title to my trade i ultimately is not what I wanted. They attempted to get me to pay this later and had 4 different employees call and text me about it for 2 weeks. When I was signing the paperwork and buying their car it was “no big deal” and they could get a new title easily if I just signed a specific document which I signed. But then their true colors came out when they decided to fight me over this $100 charge, by the way it costs $10 to get a new title and you can literally just mail it in. Greed is the name of the game for these jokers and I wouldn’t return if they were the only dealership in town. More
I came into your service department for my lifetime oil change and asked for a coolant system check. I gave specific instructions to contact me for any other authorization for services. After dropping off my vehicle at 10:30am no one contacted me with any information. I called at 3pm for information. I was informed that they were still diagnosing the coolant system. At 4:30 pm I returned to the dealership to retrieve my car. They had inspected my transmission and brake fluid system in addition to what I had authorized, without contacting me. I paid $169.00 dollars for a diagnostic that google says the average price is $45 to $55 dollars. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Fenton Nissan and there will be no more. I listened to Your service staff call young women sweetie and honey and myself called boss repeatedly, very unprofessional. The quotes for service I overheard while waiting were outrageous compared to what I was able to look up at the moment. The last thing I am frustrated with is my car was just detailed and my floor mat has debris everywhere and my hood and fenders have grease and handprints all over. Thanks for disingenuous service.
