We brought our Rogue in for service after damaging a wheel & alignment. This was our first visit to Wood Nissan. everyone in the service department treated us like we were longtime customers. My car buying experience was ok. I saw the car online, someone from online sales reached out to me and set up an appointment. I arrived a few minutes prior to our meeting time, only I saw the car online, someone from online sales reached out to me and set up an appointment. I arrived a few minutes prior to our meeting time, only to find out that she was gone for the day. Chris took over and worked with me to get paperwork completed. Chris was very informative and pleasant. I gave him a time that I'd return the next day to pick up my car, and he let me know the car would be detailed and ready for me, and it was. My only issue was the next day after inquiring about adding GAP insurance, I was told that I couldn't add it due to how my contract was written. I even asked about paying without it being added to my car loan but was again told I couldn't due to contract being finalized. However after speaking with my finance company, they told me that I could in fact add it and only a simple modification was needed since the loan hadn't been funded. I called back and was told someone would call me back and I've yet to hear back. More
