Jorge Moreno is one of the few salespersons I have encountered that did not pressure you in any way. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing the car we desired which encountered that did not pressure you in any way. Brought in truck under warranty and they lied to ford voided my warranty and charged me 2300.00 to get my truck back with the engine in over 200 pieces in the bed of my truck....run from there they scam voided my warranty and charged me 2300.00 to get my truck back with the engine in over 200 pieces in the bed of my truck....run from there they scam and lie. The customer service that Jorge provided was phenomenal. My husband leased a car last year from Honda and their customer service was horrible, the whole experience was terrible. As soon as he agreed to lease Honda took his money gave him his lease and basically shoved him out the door. But at Bell Ford Jorge took the time to explain everything, he went through all the car features showing me how to set it up, answered any questions I had and did not hesitate to let me know that I can call him at anytime if I had any problems or further questions.
