DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Whatever price you see online for a car, add $6,000+ when you go there to look at it. When you ask Miguel why, he will tell you "That's the price we Whatever price you see online for a car, add $6,000+ when you go there to look at it. They'll give you some excuse that it's because the car is "certified", however my "certified" car wouldn't even pass inspection three days after I purchased it because the car had no front and rear brake pads, needed front and rear rotors, and had one tire that had almost no tread on it. I was presented with a Carfax for the car that said there was a pre-delivery inspection performed prior to the car being listed for sale, so clearly, they don't check much. I called the dealership every day for a week and got the run around from everyone, was told someone would call me back by twenty different people and no one did. Finally, I was able to arrange for the repairs to be done and to get a loaner car. I was told by Miguel that the vehicle would be going to another dealership for the repairs due to it not being a Ford make. I put a tracker on the car and imagine my surprise when I saw that the car was not at the dealership where I was told the work would be done, but at Woodbridge Ford Service Department. When the repairs were completed and I asked what was done, I was told the brakes and one tire, however the car is all wheel drive and all four tires needed to be replaced, otherwise the transfer case and transmission would be damaged. When I said that to the Used Car Manager, I was told "I don't know where you got that information, but that's incorrect". After leaving the dealership, my brake pedal was sinking to the floor, which it wasn't doing before I dropped it off, so now I have to pay my mechanic to fix the issue on a "certified" car that I purchased only three weeks ago. More

I bought my car here about a year ago and have yet to have any issues with it. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are polite and knowledgeable.
