Once the sale was complete and paperwork was finished, Terris continued to provide exemplary service for the next two days. For example, he stayed after the dealership closed to show my wife all the features on her vehicle including assisting her in setting up the connection between her cell phone and the vehicle. My search for a new Lexus took me to 3 separate Lexus dealerships, primarily because I did not know exactly what I wanted. Bob's patience, and knowledge of the ES300 Hybrid, trumped that of all the othe dealerships, primarily because I did not know exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend both Bob and his colleagues at Woodfield Lexus because the customer service, quality of work, friendliness, and of course, price made it a very satisfying, enjoyable experience for me. Terris Cooper showed us great customer service throughout the buying process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took special attention in making sure we were comfortable with the numerous feat the buying process. He kept us up do date on the delivery date and this was reassuring and important to us because it took several weeks for delivery. When we were having trouble programming the garage door remote, Terris even made a "house call" to our home on his own time to help us with it. This above and beyond service is what keeps people loyal and we know that we will have a lasting relationship with Resnick Auto Group for years to come and will definitely refer people to their dealership! This salesman, Randy, gave us incorrect information about the automobile. He was curt and arrogant from the minute we arrived. When we asked to see a manager after he gave us faulty information twice, he r the automobile. He was curt and arrogant from the minute we arrived. When we asked to see a manager after he gave us faulty information twice, he responded that we did not need to do so. We then asked for the manager - who turned out to be Greg(ory?). He apologized, said he would look into some of our questions about the car and call back later that day or the next. Despite having given him two phone numbers - he never called back. After two weeks, we returned to the dealership - Jack Rossman and Terris Cooper were amazing. Extremely professional and very skilled. From that point on - our experience was fantastic. In all fairness, I had to rate the overall experience and the first half was deplorable - the second half outstanding. To top it off, when we went ot pick up our car today - the manager Greg(ory) who never called back or followed up - came over when he recognized us and began to trying to start a conversation with us - no mention of his complete lack of follow through. I was not surprised to see the rating of this dealership below those of some of the others based on our experience with 50% of the employees we dealt with. I would return and I would also recommend - but only if Jack and Terris were there. I remain unconvinced tha the overall caliber of the staff as a whole is at the level I think customers should be able to expect at a Lexus dealership. More
We saw a great used car online at Woodfield Lexus and went in to test drive it. Our sales associate, Terris, was excellent. He was helpful and very fair with his pricing. The closing associate, Karen, was very professional and efficient. We were in and out in 2 hours (including a test drive) The show room and work areas were very impressive. He is a kind, considerate and knowledgeable man who goes the "extra mile" for any needs you may have. His honesty coupled with his caring ways make us regular customers of his department and...I know that as senior citizens we have been blessed with his patience and support. More

He still had this look of disdain and disbelief when I showed him the confirmation e-mail and ended up not completing everything I had originally scheduled to be done. While the service on the car was acceptable, the lack of customer service and general civility at the beginning really soured my trip to woodfield lexus. It was a shockingly disappointing service visit as I had previously had excellent interactions with the other employees when purchasing my car. This one experience has really put me off ever wanting to go back to service my car there. More
The Service Department Advisor (Keith Uilberg) and Service Manager (Don O'Connor) have alot to learn about customer service. I had purchased an 84 month warrantied battery for my Lexus SC430. When i Service Manager (Don O'Connor) have alot to learn about customer service. I had purchased an 84 month warrantied battery for my Lexus SC430. When it failed after 3 years, I brought it in to Woodfield Lexus where they proceeded to tell me that they were going to charge me $45 for the service department to take my battery out and put the new one in. When I told them that all they need to do is test it and I could take it out, they told me that they would have to charge me $45 to test it as well. Seems like they don't want to stand behind their products and just want to get a service charge. This service charge doesn't even include the prorated cost of the battery. When I told the Service Advisor I wasn't happy, he immediately offered for me to talk to the Service Manager. I waited 15 minutes to talk to him. When I did, he didn't bother to get out of his chair and greet me. I had to extend my hand and introduce myself. They proceeded to blame the battery defect on my trickle charger not giving it a strong enought charge or that my alternator was bad. When I asked them to simply check the battery, the Service Manager said he was required by law to check my alternator. I have never heard of such a thing. His attitude along with the Service Advisor's was poor at best. I was so entirely frustrated with their demeanor and attitude. I was shocked by the total lack of customer service exhibited by the Service Department. On a much better note, I would like to commend the Parts Department (Dan and Butch) who were very accomodating and tested my battery for free. The battery was bad and they replaced it. I of course paid my prorata share which I was fine with. Justin also was great when he saw me in the parking lot and asked if he could help carry the battery in for me into the parts department. I would gladly go to the parts department again but I will never set foot in the Service Department again. I am in a service industry myself and was shocked at the lack of customer service and unprofessional attitude displayed by Keith and Don. More
