We went into the dealership for some minor maintenance and was helped by Tommy Mulak in the service department. He was beyond exceptional in the service that he provided to my elder aunt. Her husband ha and was helped by Tommy Mulak in the service department. He was beyond exceptional in the service that he provided to my elder aunt. Her husband had always handled everything on the car and he has since passed. We went in for a navigation upgrade but while there Tommy had the car looked over for any other issues to ensure that it was safe and that everything was functional. He treated her as if she was his own mother and that means a lot in today's day and age. He was patient, kind and very accommodating.
