We just recently purchased the redesigned ES and, as always, found the experience to be most enjoyable. From beginning to end, everyone involved in helping us was courteous and showed the highest level of professionalism and knowledge. It is apparent that Phillip Resnick really cares about his customers. He was most helpful and spent a great deal of time with us which was greatly appreciated. Upon delivery everything was thoroughly explained and demonstrated so that we would have a good understanding of all the new features on the car. Their concern for their customer does not end when you take delivery of your auto. When I called with questions over a month later, David Guftafson drove out to my home and reviewed and helped answer additional questions I had. I am extremely satisfied with my most recent experience and was reminded why I would only consider buying cars from the Resnick Automotive Group. Prior to visiting Woodfield Lexus, we had purchased a Lexus at another Chicago area dealership where we felt we weren't important to them. We stopped in at Woodfield, mainly because of our dissatisfaction with our prior dealer. We were impressed with Terris Cooper from when we first met him. He is friendly and relaxed in his presentation. Terris did a great job of working with us and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about his products and when he didn't have an answer at hand, he found out and promptly contacted us. He did an excellent job of explaining all the features on my new car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. After only 24 hours notice, Terris made sure all of our out- of-state paperwork was ready. Terris's communication skills are outstanding. He possesses an intuitive ability to explain the technical features of the car in a clear, concise, effective manner. He knew the car backwards and forwards and answered every question promptly and accurately. He also clearly explained the major features of the navigation and technical systems of the vehicle so that my husband and I understood them the first time he explained them. Seven hours after we left the dealership in our new car, we forgot something about the navigation system, and we called Terris who solved our problem in less than 60 seconds. I feel like I can call Terris anytime day or night if I have any questions about our car. The dealership is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast they offered looked fabulous.
