Happy with results I brought my '93 SC300 in to be serviced for an intermittent electrical issue. I realized from the outset that I would need to be patient, as the mechanic (Paul?) would need the issue to be repeated so as to properly diagnose the cause, and appropriately resolve it. While this took over a week, I felt that the labor I was charged was fair. Due to the age of the car, I had previously tried to get this issue taken care of through a local repair shop that has a lower hourly labor rate. However, in hindsight, I would have saved money, and time, if I had taken it to Lexus from the start. Great experience We were at the dealership day after thanksgiving to look at 2016 RX 350 but the particular vehicle got sold an hour before we reached the dealership. We picked the color and features we wanted and after the test drive just when we were walking back to the dealership wife so a different color that she liked. We told Dan if it was okay to look at that color and change our mind. He was very helpful and ultimately my wife got the color she wanted and she is very happy. Dan was really good to work with.
