Marc was friendly and very helpful although My experience at Plaza was very good. I came to look at a car and was approached at just the right time. Marc was friendly and very helpful although I found out soon that it was only his third week in sales. I really enjoyed getting to know him and appreciated that he checked in with me later to see how I liked the car. He also was very helpful with scheduling a hitch to be put on the car. Anthony in the finance dept. was also very helpful and took his time in explaining all of the details of the financing. I have been very pleased thus far. More
