Very cordial and non agressive Nothing but good things to say concerning buying my 2014 GMC Terrain. Only drawback was I was there 3 hours before I finally drove off. I did take a test drive to my wife's workplace which was 10 min out and back, so she could see it. I know in this day and age, everyone wants everything done yesterday or right away. Marc was friendly and very helpful although I found out soon that it was only his third week in sales. I really enjoyed getting to know him and appreciated that he checked in with me later to see how I liked the car. He also was very helpful with scheduling a hitch to be put on the car.
