Jeff knoll handle's me with utmost professionalism for that's the reason I come to him to do all my service on my GMC pickup. but this is my second time that the technician has marked that he has checked that's the reason I come to him to do all my service on my GMC pickup. but this is my second time that the technician has marked that he has checked my air pressure at 35 psi and when I get in the truck to take off I always look at the air pressure after the oil changes and he does not put the proper air pressure and he put it stays at 30psi which what I rolled in on More

An appointment was set up to fix a recall on my car. We were there in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes before being told the parts were not in. They apologized and were ordering the parts.
