Thankful Customer Sean, the service advisor, was very conscious of our time and situation. We were in town from Northwest Arkansas for a youth baseball tournament and Sean, the service advisor, was very conscious of our time and situation. We were in town from Northwest Arkansas for a youth baseball tournament and our AC was not working. He made every effort to provide a fair quote, provide transportation, and had the vehicle back to us in between games. Great experience. More

Bad experience..Misleading, dishonest, condescending. Spent 2 days working a deal on a new $45k car with these guys. After much back and forth we all came to an agreed model/features/price etc. When we Spent 2 days working a deal on a new $45k car with these guys. After much back and forth we all came to an agreed model/features/price etc. When we came back to take the delivery the vehicle was not equipped with the key specific required seating configuration that was agreed on. The payment was higher, the interest rate was higher and the extended warranty we thought we were taking was for a shorter term. So thats not the worst of it. The worst part was they never told us ANY of these things had changed. When we looked in the prepped car we notice the seating was wrong. When we were signing the prepared documents that the finance manager had us hurriedly sign he stuffed them in an envelop folded. We pulled them back out and found all the changes listed about. In the end they acted like non of this stuff mattered, explained it off and then would give us the deal we all ad agreed on. So we returned the car. Bad news. Don’t go here! More
Difficult to get callbacks Was trying to refinance a vehicle and it took over three weeks to get a call back. Was very disappointing as I’ve bought many vehicles in the past. They are very busy and it’s understanding my call can’t be returned immediately but I would think it should be within 2-3 days. Every dealership treats you well when buying a vehicle but the best dealerships treat you well when not buying a vehicle and Woodhouse fell short this time. Ted Murray did good getting back to me but finance did not. More
