I had scheduled an appointment to get my drivers side mirror replaced. I informed the lady that I would need an entire new mirror. She stated that it would need to be ordered; which I figured it would be mirror replaced. I informed the lady that I would need an entire new mirror. She stated that it would need to be ordered; which I figured it would be, and to schedule an appointment to get it fixed later the following week (which I did). Once I made an appointment, I had gotten a confirmation email stating everything that was to take place on the scheduled appointment date. Well, when the car was taken in on said date, we were told that the mirror was never ordered, and that I wasn’t on the schedule. Why wouldn’t a part get ordered when someone calls in to make an appointment and receives a confirmation email? I was then told that it would take another 4 days for the mirror to come in. It’s frustrating when you schedule to do one thing, and the service department doesn’t even do their one job...whoever scheduled the appointment didn’t do their job right. More

Finally found the problem after 3 visits. They were very friendly and I’m glad they got the problem solved and paid the warranty deductible. Well I loved my 2008 Buick Enclave. This 2020 one, not so much. It scratches by barely rubbing it. It has the auto shutoff, which you can’t choose to disengage. Hate it. Had my new car in to have free oil change, showed them the scratches...one of which was there from day one, was offered a bid to get them buffed, but no bid was attached to paperwork. I liked the people. They were nice and very helpful. Just disappointed in this new car which cost $40k. Not a vehicle I would purchase again if I turn back time. More
