I was very displeased with the outcome of my service attempt I felt as though the service technician was more concerned about their commission than helping me repair the vehicle I was given a price that attempt I felt as though the service technician was more concerned about their commission than helping me repair the vehicle I was given a price that seemed way out of the ballpark and actually it was I ended up getting the repair done for significantly less cost. Took your service department 4 try’s to fix a check engine light. Which meant 4 trips that I didn’t have time for back and forth to the dealer to get the pickup fixed. Now it is using antifreeze that i engine light. Which meant 4 trips that I didn’t have time for back and forth to the dealer to get the pickup fixed. Now it is using antifreeze that it did not use before. That is going to require a 5th trip to the dealer. Was told that we where causing the problem on the first 3 trips. That was not true. Your service writers and tech do not seem to be very good at diagnosing problems and coming up with a solution to fix the problems. They would rather blame the customer for how they use the vehicle than find and correct the issue. More

I brought my 2012 Terrain in for oil change and other work needed. Worked with Jeff K. I was given a ride home with pleasant female employee. Jeff told me the work would take most of the day.Later that d work needed. Worked with Jeff K. I was given a ride home with pleasant female employee. Jeff told me the work would take most of the day.Later that day Jeff called and that he would need to keep the car and would send a driver to pick me up and would have a vehicle for me to use. Additional work was needed and parts were ordered. Appreciated his thoughtfulness. A recall was also received and addressed during this visit. I took the SUV in on Monday and work was completed on Wednesday. Runs great. Also forgot to check the back seat and was looking for my jacket and wondered where I had left it. Multiple check's and finally thought maybe at Woodhouse. Stopped there yesterday and went to the service department and was helped by one of the gentleman who when I told him what I needed he immediately turned and went and came with the jacket.(USA Olympic symbol). Staff and all employees are very efficient, friendly and so interest in working with their customers. Thanks to all.🙋🙋 More
