Wanted More Brought vehicle in for Oil Change at 9 am and while checking in i was asked if there was anything else needed. I said I noticed my rear hatch was maki Brought vehicle in for Oil Change at 9 am and while checking in i was asked if there was anything else needed. I said I noticed my rear hatch was making noise when I would open and wanted to see if someone could look at it while it was there. Received a call at 2 pm letting me know vehicle was ready but we were not able to look at the hatch. I was told they work until 5pm and could leave it until then but no guarantee it would be looked at. I decided to leave it and i advised that I would pick up the next morning. I came back at 10 am to pick up, i was told you were just to busy to look at the back hatch. I understand that you were busy but it would have been awesome if there was a way to have someone look at the hatch, while the vehicle was there for 24hrs thanks More
